Oh there are so many recipes on this weeks list that I want to try. The pumpkin thyme chicken, dark chocolate almond butter bites, gingerbread pancackes with lemon cream topping. Oh so many recipes so little time.
One of the ingredients the team on the "Hell's Kitchen" I'm watching right now has to use is rutabaga, and they're all freaking out like it's some crazy thing they've never heard of. Ohhhh, Tracey, you're such the gourmand.

So many of these recipes are delicious-looking and so easy! I would kill to have some of those fake Reese's in my "freezer" all of the time. And I'm making that no-bake cheesecake SO HARD, except with about a quarter of the sweetener (I hope it won't be TOO savory, but that chocolate-dipped frozen cheesecake I had at the Pumpkin Show was basically savory, so maybe I'll just drizzle a little melted chocolate over the top). I also plan to eat a cup of just that lemon cream topping every day.

Man, I would LOVE to see a low-carb challenge on a cooking show, or even a low-carb version of Top Chef. I'll bet rutabagas would be a staple.

And yes! Let me know how the cheesecake goes for you. I got so excited when I saw a no-bake dessert out there for you this week.
