Just don't eat any of the ones with the crunchy stuff inside unless you want your stomach to gurgle all day! Or maybe that's just me.

After having a day full of pan-fried chicken breast over wilted herbs, actually-not-terrible chef's salad, super-dark chocolate, and iced coffee with heavy cream, I'm totally in love with Atkins at the moment, though.

I love our differently-food-intolerant bodies. The crunchy ones give me zero stomach gurgles, but they give me heartburn.

I'm going to post about the Atkins-friendly dinner I had tonight. Let's just say it was delightfully indulgent-seeming.
