The final picture on the site of the boneless chicken piece with the bacon topping looks really great to me, but for some reason, I'm having a real problem with bacon wrapped around bones. The POINT of bacon is that it's boneless, apparently.

I agree. I just thought the number of meats combined here was pretty amazing.

I generally have a problem with food wrapped in raw bacon and then baked, because the bacon will NEVER get crispy enough that way for me to enjoy it properly.
